About

Registration opens for the 2020/21 membership on the 1st of September. You need to be registered in order to become a member.   The University of Greenwich Paramedic Science Society is run by BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science students that have been elected by fellow students, the society is normally a mix of all three years of the program based at the Avery Hill Campus in Eltham, South East London. The students that run the society are not paid, profits made go back into the society, allowing for a greater range of events and activities. Our 2 main aims are simple: we want to enhance the pre-hospital learning experience AND create opportunities for social interaction between co-horts and courses. The main way in which we will enhance the pre-hospital learning experience is through monthly academic forums consisting of guest speakers that cover a range of topics. Socially, we host events including informal meet ups at local pubs, quiz nights along with one off special events. The society is aimed at anyone who has an interest in the pre-hospital phase of patient care. While this is predominately aimed at paramedic students, we actively encourage students from other healthcare courses at the University of Greenwich to get involved. If you have any questions or would like to stay up to date with us, follow us on social media:  Or you can send us an email at: parasocuog@gmail.com
