The art also makes use of the clinch to throw opponents and deliver short punches, elbows and knees. Here at QM Muay Thai we organise training several times a week for those interested in training and fighting. We employ professionalcoaches to come in and cater to our members’ training needs: everything from fitness to fight technique. While it is an individual sport we trainas a team, and socialise as a team, and we’re always excited to take on new members. We coach members at various different levels sobeginners are encouraged to take part and try out new sports.
