Technology Analyst Graduate Scheme

As a graduate, your two-year development programme will be made up of up to four placement rotations. Our aim is to equip you with the range of skills and experience you need for your successful career. We also understand that everyone’s career is different, so every graduate’s journey is unique. Here’s an idea of what yours could look like:Year 1Placement 1 – Business Analysis Team – 6 monthsUnderstanding stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and process mapping. Placement 2 – Product Management – 6 monthsUnderstanding product lifecycle, sponsorship delivery and identifying customer needs, developing a strategy and vision for your product.Year 2Your second year will consist of a 2nd Product Management placement (though within a different Product area and team) and your choice of placement. This elective placement could be in an area such as Cyber Security, Business Development, Data Science or any other area within T&D that you have an interest in and that can accommodate a graduate placement. This scheme will help you develop a broad foundation of skills you can choose to refine and explore in your career.
