Applying innovative technical solutions to enable our high-profile clients to become more competitive, the results and insights that the team produce allow their clients to understand their weaknesses – and take a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing the path to success.

We are seeking a graduate to join the Capgemini Insights & Data Engagement Management Team and welcome applications from graduates with a degree qualification in project management, computer science or similar related field. The successful candidate will be expected to assist the engagement management team in the delivery of a varied and diverse portfolio of client projects.

Majority of the experience and knowledge of the project support process will be gained in assisting the team deliver strategically important client initiatives. Candidates will also gain experience in a wide range of software applications when producing specifications, budget costs and project documents. This role will give the graduate a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders at the heart of change, to learn how a large and complex portfolio operates as well as develop a broad range of effective business skills and a variety of exemplar project management techniques and tools. The role will require excellent organisational skills and candidates will be required to demonstrate a range of experience and technical skills developed through academic study. In return, the graduate will be offered training opportunities to develop their skills and the PSO team will actively support with further career development.

Requirements

• You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience of providing information and advice; both 1:1 and in groups.• Be able to organise your own work successfully to deliver what’s expected• Be excited to help drive innovation, offer new ideas and think up fresh ways of tackling problems• Consult with key stakeholders to identify needs and be able to document them• Have the ability to deal with sensitive and contentious issues and ensure these are handled in a professional manner• Manage professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and act as the single point of contact for project related queries.Note: Ideally you will have lived in the UK for the last five years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You could be required to work away from home during the week.
