Description

We’re looking for outstanding graduates to join our 3 year development programme, with the drive and passion to make a difference to our business, and who have the potential to become our future leaders.

Finance is a critical function driving the business forward, with rotations spanning business partnering our operating segments including Marketing, Commercial, International, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics and more central roles within FP&A and our Shared Service centre. These various roles will span Manchester, St Albans and one of our Manufacturing/Logistics sites (normally Stoke or Lutterworth)–The scheme is designed to give the individuals the right foundation and breadth in finance. You will be part of driving business performance, providing insightful information to enable informed, timely and agile decision making across the business and to maintain strong financial control across the Group.

You'll work closely within the finance team you have been assigned, on a structured development programme across 3, one year placements.

Requirements

3 A Levels – minimum of 280 UCAS points gainedDegree qualified (Finance / Accounting, Economics, Maths, Engineering preferred but not essential) 2:1 minimum achieved (or expected)An understanding of the UK FMCG/Retail sectorsThe right to work in the UK and English speaking Your base likely will be Manchester to start with, then St Albans (AL1 2RE) or another Manufacturing site, and you will need to be prepared to relocate here: you may be required to spend time in other locations with overnight staysPrepared to study towards CIMA/ACCA
