Description

  • You will develop project management skills and communication skills by collaborating closely with the Engineering and Delivery Community, and engaging with Project, Program and Engineering Leads and senior leaders to define and implement working practices while also identifying and delivering improvement initiatives. A continual focus on Engineering and Delivery effectiveness and efficiency underpins all activities to support our common goals.
  • You will work with geographically dispersed teams developing your ability to support and lead work across time zones whilst building your own Arm network and establishing relationships. Some occasional global travel may be required.
  • This role covers a wide range of duties spanning project management and ongoing assignments, as well as an introduction to engineering activities and support.

Responsibilities

- Working closely with Engineering and Delivery teams, and other key internal partners and stakeholders, you will support the delivery of initiatives, tools, reports and processes.- You will communicate and connect with teams to promote and embed changes across the organisation, whilst being mindful of the cultural and behavioural impacts of change.- Working to help develop and improve processes and ways of working to increase effective and efficient ways of working within Engineering.- Report on progress of initiatives and business as usual activities; raising any risks or issues and highlighting any known dependencies or blockers.- With your teammates, you will build and maintain online team areas to ensure relevant and accurate data and information is available, regularly audited and easily accessible.- Support overall delivery, operation, performance measurement, monitoring and reporting

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree- Experience and proficiency using key Microsoft Office 365 products such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint- Willingness to develop Project Management/Delivery capabilities in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in planning, coordinating and driving something significant such as an event, work deliverable or project.- Excellent interpersonal skills, and an adaptable demeanor with a willingness to learn how to use unfamiliar tools and systems.- Competence in presenting to various stakeholders on Project Progress/Delivery- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.- Ability to self-organize and work independently or as part of a team, using initiative when required.
