Description

With customer satisfaction at the heart of every action you take, you will quickly become the client’s trusted advisor on how they can make the most of the cutting-edge technology that is being developed at Capgemini. Guiding them through this complex process, you will make the most detailed solutions understandable and accessible, working seamlessly with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure your proposed solutions exceed their expectations.

You’ll seek to deliver a consistently high quality of customer service by working with clients to identify potential weaknesses in their businesses, before providing suggestions for exceptional solutions.

You’ll work on projects that are in development, engaging with your client to understand how the new technology will impact on the people using it, and what measures need to be taken to ensure the business is prepared for this change.

You’ll be there every step of the way as your client’s business is transitioned from the old technology to your new solutions

With the different opportunities available in BTC, you can explore different types of roles along your projects and may fulfil both avenues initially until you find an area of preference. Change ConsultantStakeholder analysis and planning Communication strategy and planning (including delivery) Involvement in education and training with experience of conducting training needs analysis work Business case production Change impact and business readiness assessments Culture change work PROSCI Industry standard training Business AnalystFacilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, managing teams, working with uncertainty, thinking on your feet! You will be comfortable working with a range of colleagues and clients up to the most senior level. Learning digital technology and the opportunities it brings to business transformation. Learn a recognised Agile or iterative methodology (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, DAD, GDS). Become a subject matter expert across a broad range of business analysis and transformation elements Experience a digital project lifecycle and a gain an understanding of project roles / activities required for successful delivery including user experience. Experience of coaching or managing small teams of other multi-functional colleagues You will be comfortable analysing research data and working in a user centred multidisciplinary team guided by the insights from such research sessions.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, with the capacity to interpret data and information into high-performing solutions. Fantastic verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills – we are developing products for people, so you’ll need to be able to fully empathise with their needs and concerns.
