Responsibilities

At RSM, you’ll be a key member of our team from day one. Our graduate apprenticeship programme allows you to experience working in the consultancy team alongside experienced members of the firm. You’ll benefit from on-the-job training and ongoing support from colleagues and senior staff, gaining access to our internal training courses that will help you develop in the role. This hands-on early experience is invaluable as you take the next steps in your career. You will also have a buddy (with one to two years’ experience) to help you through your first days and weeks in the firm, and access to experienced mentors and your line manager to support your development.This programme presents exciting career opportunities for you to join a team focused on delivering real value to clients. You will also be supported to gain real world experience in a broad range of ESG topics. We’ll encourage you through our rapid development and progression pathways, from Analyst to Consultant and beyond.

Requirements
