Description

We are looking for a bright and able BD Assistant to join the marketing team based in London. The successful candidate will be a bright graduate or have over 1 year of professional services experience. The role sits within a fast-growing team and will support 4 BD Managers (3 in London and 1 in Bristol).

The role

The role will involve supporting the Business Development Managers on a range of business development and tender initiatives. This is a varied role, giving you great exposure across the nine National Practice Groups (NPGs) and supporting the wider marketing team during times of increased workload.

The team will also support you in your personal development offering you clear routes of progression.

Providing a full range of support to the BD team on pitches and tenders, including editing, drafting and proofreadingMaintaining the tender library reportManaging and updating the tender content libraryManaging the team’s intranet pageDrafting news items for the team’s intranet pageOpportunity to manage your own bids and proposals with support from the BD ManagersScheduling tender feedback callsLiaising with partners on tender win/loss updatesCompiling monthly reports on tender wins and losses.Drafting intranet news items on new client winsSupporting wider BD projects including the Firm’s client feedback programme

A 35-hour working week with flexibility around the core hours of 10am-4pmAgile working policy giving you the option to work from home for up to 3 days per week.Paid overtime or time off in lieu.25 days annual.
