Description

The role holder will manage several key projects to support the development of novel THP consumables ensuring they meet the project brief and consumer benefits. The role holder will be responsible for leading projects including designing and executing experimental studies, data analysis and interpretation providing recommendations to internal and/or external stakeholders.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a natural curiosity are critical to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manging projects/key activities (timelines and accountabilities) to progress the project(s) forward.
  • Designing and executing experiments to answer key objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data analysis and interpretation to provide recommendations to the wider team.
  • Collaboration with various internal and/or external teams to achieve key deliverables.
  • Assisting and working closely with the wider team focussing on upskilling personal breadth and depth of technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • General laboratory skills and attention to detail;
  • The ability to design and conduct experiments with a methodical approach;
  • An understanding of laboratory testing activities, methodologies and equipment capabilities to carry out assigned duties to fulfil project needs;
  • Data interpretation skills;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders;
  • Ability to lead-self effectively;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

BENEFICIAL

  • Project and time management skills which can be transferred to an R&D environment;
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis approaches.
