Description

  • The programme consists of an 8 week immersive dive into the world of M&G, starting on 26 June 2023. We are focused on developing you professionally, as well as building your technical skills, through real, value-add work and learning sessions hosted by our experienced professionals.
  • Your induction will give you a grounding of who we are, our strategy, and customers & clients before you move into your dedicated team for the rest of your time with us. Being based in the same team for the duration of the programme will give you an in-depth of knowledge of your business area, and help you to build lasting relationships with your colleagues. Another important part of your internship is building your network, so each intern will be allocated a buddy from our graduate cohort, and will also have the opportunity to attend networking and social events during your time here.
  • Our internship programme is a pipeline to our Graduate programme, so if you are successful during your time with us we will invite you to apply for one of our graduate positions commencing in 2024.
