Responsibilities

In year one you’ll gain core technology skills and capability across all areas of our business, gaining practical experience on tech-powered transformation projects across finance, customer, operations, supply chain, risk and compliance, cloud and enterprise transformation. You’ll gain relevant certifications to help you build your skills in key technologies.In year two you’ll align to one of these tech-powered transformation areas. You will choose to focus on one of our major vendor areas such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft, or on a core tech capability such as data, architecture, tech strategy or tech delivery. You will continue to have the opportunity to work on key strategic projects and gain certifications in your area of specialism.By working alongside industry and functional experts in our tech-powered transformation teams, you will gain experience of technology in a business context

Requirements

You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; orYou’ll need to be in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one year postgraduate place confirmed; andYou'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
