We work with clients across the Financial Services, Government and Health Industries and the Private Sector and include household names from Government Departments, NHS Trusts, retailers, banks, multinational telecoms operators and energy companies.

You’ll get to work closely with the best in industry, finance and Government in the UK and collaborate with clients and colleagues globally, bringing fresh insights and motivation to the problems they face.

You’ll typically find yourself working as part of a team of anything from 2 to 30 people or more. Our client projects are resourced nationally and internationally, so travelling and living away from home may be required. When you are not on a project you are expected to be available to be based out of your home office.You’ll spend a lot of time working with clients both virtually and at their base locations dealing with issues as they arise, and gaining valuable exposure to different types of projects and diverse industries. Your role may be to carry out detailed analysis, helping support the recommendations that transform our clients’ businesses.You’ll also have the opportunity to work on strategically important internal roles and secondment opportunities within the firm, where you can gain specialist knowledge from within the network. These experiences, combined with tailored training covering Consulting skills, emerging digital tools and technology, will equip you with the capabilities to really make a difference.The client and internal roles that you will undertake during your time on the programme will vary depending on the specific project goal. You can expect to have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop all the core skills that you will learn as part of the induction training. For example, but not limited to:Collecting, analysing and presenting dataFacilitating client workshops, presenting findingsSupporting project management activityWorld class meeting facilitation, time management and organisational skillsCommercial management and engagement economicsProposal supportThought leadership/ researchContributions to communities with their asset development and efforts to drive up diversity inclusion and engagement amongst teams

Requirements

You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; orYou’ll need to be in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one year postgraduate place confirmed; andYou'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
