Description

Area of Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Locate, track and assemble pre and postcontract documentation, complimented with the necessary administration skills
- Assist with measuring, recording and valuing of work supervised in accordance with appropriate rules and procedures
- Collation of Cost and Value information
- Supporting the team with weekly and monthly works programmes
- Understanding ofcommercial risks
- Assisting with allocating work to subcontractors
- Valuing completed work and arranging paymentsin line with BB processes and procedures
- Making sure a project meets the legal and quality standard
These roles are UK wide and could be based in the following locations: North East, North West, Yorkshire, West Midlands and South East
Requirements
- Be on track to gain a minimum 2:2 BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
- Ideally, have a full UK driving licence at the time of joining
- Be eligible to work and live in the UK at the time of joining
