Ready to work with our world class Projects and Business Change Management team? You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering the next generation of safer and better performing railways. With many important projects being deployed all across the business, you could find yourself working with the likes of Engineering Assets, Safety, Environment or Information Management.Wherever you’re placed, expect to gain valuable experience in:Delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high quality.Building relationships with stakeholders throughout the business and industry.Managing risks.Delivering business changes throughout different regions and routes.What you’ll get out of it matters

Requirements

We look for people who are self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. Your inquisitive nature means you’ll look at the way we do things in ways other people don’t. And where you identify alternative approaches, you’ll be able to get your ideas across with confidence, whether that’s during a presentation, or an informal conversation. Your strong organisation skills, cool head, and eye for detail means you’ll always have a calm and pragmatic approach to solving problems. As a team player, you’ll have a natural ability to understand how other people see and feel about things too.You’ll be in your penultimate year at university, and on track to achieve at least a 2:2 in any degree.
