Area of Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Supporting Sales Team in product pitches (leading product presentations and demos, working with support teams to support prospects during trials, proposal development and support in contract reviews)
- Information channel to product management (connecting clients and product team via feedback on existing products, suggestions for new products or enhancements)
- Assisting with Lead Generation with ETF Issuers
- Helping prospects answer questions through the trial process
Requirements
- Must be a ‘problem solver’ who is comfortable working with teams to get answers for customers and then communicating them
- Preferred background in Finance, Economics or Mathematics
- Highly motivated, self starter attitude
- Preferably able to use SQL
- French, Spanish, German or Italian language skills is highly desirable
