Description
As part of a revolution in our digital approach, we are looking to improve existing business processes by implementing innovative solutions to deliver seamless digital experiences that are aligned with our end-users’ needs.
Area of Responsibilities
Responsibilities
As a Digital Intern, you will be working closely with product owners, developers, and external agencies to discover, research, and implement these innovative technologies. The role therefore has many facets – working with people, problem analysis, research skills, documenting, along with hands-on solution building with a keen interest in process improvement and application of novel technology.
Depending on the business area and process at hand you will have the opportunity to research, recommend and prove appropriate process changes via process automation, chat bots, simple application development and other relevant routes.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who embodies the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail
- Attentive to the needs of the technical and business stakeholders, while being able to mediate and bridge between them
- Ability to independently plan, design, and deliver against requirements
- Inquisitive, analytical and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly
Bonus points if you meet the following criteria:
- Familiarity with process automation, chat bots, workflows
- Experience of business analysis
