Description

We are now looking for a Placement Student - Sales Ops to join #TeamGreen in the UK. The role can be based from our Manchester-HQ, or remotely across the UK.

To support the revenue generating model in the sales organisation. The candidate will support and experience projects in all parts of the sales engine, from ensuring the SDR function has the best data from which to source new prospects to facilitating final contract edits in the deal desk. The candidate must have a keen eye for details and adherence to process.

Responsibilities

Execute, monitor and maintain key Sales processes, to reduce bottlenecks and ensure data accuracy within Salesforce (and other sales tools we use)Work cross functionally - particularly with Sales Development and Marketing - to streamline the top of the funnelAd hoc reporting duties - for example to support the sales team with access to the data they need to best understand their pipeline, forecast, etc.Work with the wider RevOps team to execute on regular analysis and KPI reporting framework.Support Sales team and senior execs with administrative and reporting tasks related to weekly/monthly/quarterly meetingsManage user administration, onboarding/offboarding for Sales tech stackSupport and help to shape ad hoc projects, including the role out of new tools and processesSupporting the deal desk function to finalise contracts to customers

Requirements

Essential Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skillsAn entrepreneurial mindset and good technical acumenAnalytical mindset, with an interest in data and reportingDemonstrable interest in all things tech, particularly B2B TechAbility to remain calm under pressurePersonal Capabilities:Passion, an open mind, and an eagerness to continuously learn!
