We are currently looking for talented people to come and join us as Intern in our Marketing team. Recruitment is an exciting industry, fast-paced, competitive and people-orientated and our central services teams are no different.

Our award-winning intern programme will give you a unique insight into the world of work and hands-on experience of life in business. Our 12 month internship will see you working in our busy Marketing team. You’ll be involved in meetings and projects from the start – in fact you’re pretty much treated just like every other employee that works for us. You’ll hold responsibility for management and administration of job board accounts and allocations. You’ll also be responsible for reporting of performance data. As a result you’ll be equipped with the skills you’ll need to succeed once you finish university, and many of our interns return to Hays after completing their studies to take advantage of our Graduate roles.

Requirements

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
First class numeracy, literacy and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management and multi tasking skills
Needs to be self-motivated, driven, and to want to help the business to succeed
Ability to work independently – demonstrable experience at managing your own time within a pressurised environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to negotiate based on stats and performance
