Rolling basis

Description

This a (paid) intern version of our Operations Analyst role. It has the same responsibilities but is designed to be part-time and last 3-6 months. We have hired all our interns full-time after they finished their internships!

We are looking to recruit an Operations Analyst Intern to help with the running and execution of Encode’s programming, including bootcamps, hackathons, accelerators and educational events.

  • Started in 2020, Encode Club is a leading web3 software developer training company and community. We train developers through programmes like hackathons, accelerators, bootcamps and course. We then help them get jobs or start companies in the blockchain space. Our clients include the likes of Avalanche, Solana, Polkadot, Polygon, Algorand, Near and many more.
  • Our team is global, with clusters in London (one co-founder is based in London!) Croatia (one co-founder is Croatian!) and the US (as well as Germany and Brazil!). We are expanding rapidly!
  • Encode has both a dedicated recruitment arm and investment syndicate to back companies formed during its programmes. Over 60 companies have come out of Encode, including Euler Finance, 0xmons and Footium.
  • In early 2022 we completed a fundraise of over $5m from some of the leading investors in the industry
