Description
This Student Work Placement opportunity will provide you with a great opportunity to learn how the Marketing department of a young fashion design label works in a very practical process.
Area of Responsibilities
Marketing
Responsibilities
- Weekly Review of the Marketing Calendar for upcoming tasks and events in the timeline and critical path
- Daily review of the Instagram planner for daily posts
- Ensuring all images are saved in highest quality, granted permission by source if applicable and relevant credits listed for posting
- Reviewing the account’s tagged posts and stories for relevant reposting
- Assisting with post caption writing and newsletter texts
- Assisting in the general development of the brand’s social content
- Developing the Rejina Pyo Facebook platform for more regular posting and updates
Press:
- Receive press shipping requests by email, managing the requests and logging of the sample tracker
- Ensure samples in studio and warehouse are kept organized and properly labeled
- Create packing lists for shipping, logging onto drive
- Assisting with organization of Press related events, researching and material sourcing
- Working various Press or Sales events as needed
Marketing:
- Work with team to assist with all photography for website and social content
- Set up / take down of photoshoot set
- Managing the organization and maintenance of photography materials and equipment
- Ensuring Imagery archive is properly organised and updated on the hard drive and google doc
- Assisting with shoot production as needed for E-commerce and Lookbooks
- Image research as needed

- Assisting with packing daily e-commerce orders
Requirements
- You will learn about working in a small growing fashion designer brand
- Understanding of marketing and e-commerce
- How to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Communication skills between department and team members
