Description

The Moody’s Analytics Internship Program will provide you the opportunity to gain insights into a broad range of financial institutions, working within our Banking Operating Unit (OU), passionate about delivering high quality products and services across our client base. With a combination of formal and on-the-job training, alongside ongoing mentoring, you will be expected to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across Innovation initiatives.

The Transformation and Innovation team is a critical function that is key to the Banking Software OU growth strategy. It leads our efforts to transform our solution offering and serves as an incubator for new business ideas and concepts. The team is charged with leading key transformation programs aimed at unifying our solutions under a single software platform and at strengthening the positioning of Banking Software OU in the technology space.

Area of Responsibilities

Banking & Finance

Responsibilities

  • Identify use cases and map them to Moody’s Banking products.
  • Understand market demand for specific requirements and translate those requirements into design.
  • Test developed prototypes.
  • Identify project risks and facilite mitigation options.
  • Contribute to design discovery workshops and design sprints.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other front office functions to articulate client-ready messaging, organise market testing and build powerful outreach and go to market programs.
  • Generate reports on KPIs to provide meaningful insight and perspective in successes, potential sets back and mitigation actions.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments.

Requirements

  • Undergrade or Graduate majoring on Business Finance or Engineering education.
  • Knowledge of – alternatively proven appetite to learn about – financial and business dynamics involved in running a software businesses
  • Open mind and curious about technology, Fintech, banking sector
  • Undergrade or Graduate majoring on Business Finance or Engineering education.

  • Analytical and quantitative profile with Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent relationship and listening skills
  • Natural ability to work well with others, building bridges and showing respect and empathy
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
