Description
As an intern at Autodesk Research in London, UK you will join our team working on cutting-edge research projects at the intersection of design and cloud engineering. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced researchers and engineers to explore new ways of using cloud technologies to accelerate and enhance design and manufacturing processes.
This is a full-time internship position based in London, UK with duration of 3 months. All internships are paid. Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside peers from universities all over the country and participate in intern activities such as tech talks, mentoring, fun events, and more.
Area of Responsibilities
Responsibilities
ā¢ Developing full-stack applications and cloud orchestration frameworks for innovative design workflows
ā¢ Scaling the training of machine learning models in a cloud environment
ā¢ Participating in team meetings and sharing your findings and progress
ā¢ Supporting the development of research papers and other publications
Requirements
ā¢ Masters level qualification in computer science, engineering or equivalent industry experience
ā¢ Experience with containers and cloud orchestration technologies such as AWS ECS, Lambda, Batch and Step Functions
ā¢ Familiarity with machine learning and data science techniques
ā¢ Strong programming skills in languages such as Python (pytorch), Go, Typescript (Node.js & React), C++ or Rust
ā¢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
