In Service Platforms – we manage the services that BT offers to its customers. From helping Kevin Bacon make another advert about EE’s number 1 network, to ensuring that our broadband services are the best for gaming and working-from-home. Behind these all of these services are teams of experts who make things happen – they run the services, understand the tech, support our customers and innovate.

Whether you’re looking at future innovation, defining strategy, protecting customers through security, or working with teams across our company to develop new products, tools and systems.. through insight-driven data, you’ll help us break boundaries.
Area of Responsibilities
During this placement, you will be placed at the heart of this environment. You will learn how to translate customer needs and issues into technical resolutions for one of the world’s biggest IP network. You will get the opportunity to work with the data that informs our customer satisfaction metrics. You will play a role in BT’s data-driven approach to problem-resolution. While you don’t need to be studying for a computer science degree, you’ll need to be able to show us your passion for technology. We’ll give you all the support you need to make sure you’ve got the skills and knowledge to succeed. But it’s not just all technical, you’ll also need the ability to be able to translate complex ideas to our customers and the business acumen to see valuable opportunities when they arise.
You should be in the penultimate year of a relevant STEM undergraduate degree course and on track to achieve a minimum 2.2.
