Area of Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Process monthly accruals and prepayments and reconcile various cost overhead accounts
- Provide information to the functions and support them in queries relating to expenditure of salary and controllable costs for their cost centres
- Regularly review and challenge the functions at face to face meetings with regards to their expenditure and forecasts for headcount, salary and controllable costs, seeking to ensure that all functions spend within their individual budgets
- Produce cost base and headcount reports for monthly management reporting purposes
- Provide input to the Integrated Business plan and annual budgets in relation to headcount, salary and controllable costs.
- Provide accurate and timely adhoc management information when required
Requirements
All of our Industrial Placement roles require a minimum of a predicted 2:1 grade in a relevant degree discipline. For this vacancy, a degree such as Business, Finance or any numerical based subject is ideal if you are looking to gain work experience prior to completing academic studies.
