Description

Exciting times in e-commerce: E-commerce sales is driven by consumers that increasingly buy more online and the emergence of small and medium (SME) online sellers, selling through multiple channels (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Instagram). Today, these SME online sellers are falling behind large retailers due to the complexity of logistics and are ignored by large incumbent logistics service providers. We are on a mission to change that.

Responsibilities

You will be assigned different projects within finance operations which you will lead from beginning to endDevelop and implement new finance operations processes processes, including automating receivables and payables processesPrepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, including revenue, cost and profit margin analysisFinancial modelling and forecasting to support day to day decision making

Requirements

We are only looking for a full time intern (3 months minimum)Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, e.g. pivot tables, complex formulasAbility to do in-depth data analysis on large data setsExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsHighly organised, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlinesGood vibes: Fostering team spirit; someone everyone enjoys and aspires to work with
