Our Emerging Talent Programs provide opportunities for students to join Maven at an early stage of their career, whether that is during school, having just left school, university or having completed their PhD. This internship is a paid full-time role based in London and is a great opportunity for a candidate with interest in HR, Recruitment or Finance who would like to gain experience in an investment and market making organisation.

Responsibilities

Leading the administration of our annual Emerging Talent Recruitment Process including graduate, intern and apprentice roles;Liaising with Talent Acquisition on the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees;Representing the company at events and information sessions;Coordination of interview and assessment days;Partnering with the Diversity and Inclusion Committee to roll out key initiatives;Proactively suggesting process enhancements;Data analysis and interpretation;

Requirements

Enthusiastic about Emerging Talent;Ability to act in a personable, professional and tactful manner and be careful and discreet with confidential information;Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;Great written and verbal communication skills;Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment with competing demands;Enjoy multitasking, and thrive off working in a dynamic environment;
