We are recruiting a Androlabs Digital Marketing Analyst. The role includes developing and sharing content for our two assets (Testavan and Vitaros), as well as nurturing and engaging our nascent TRTED community. TRTED is an andrology-focused community that will provide physicians (and ultimately patients) with interesting content, as well as a forum for discussions with like-minded parties. For reference, TRT = Testosterone Replacement Therapy; while ED relates to Erectile Dysfunction – Testavan and Vitaros’ indications respectively.

We expect this to be a role which provides an opportunity for learning about various parts of the business, as well as about marketing, pharmaceuticals and entrepreneurship more generally.

Area of Responsibilities



Nurturing the growth of TRTED, our andrology-focused communityWork with the Content Lead on the editorial agenda, taking responsibility for independent projects / topicsSegment audiences and develop targeted marketing mix variationsEstablish patient journeys and outreach objectives at key stagesDrive engagement with the community, responding to contributions where relevant and reporting insightsImplement and develop our digital content delivery pipelineMaintain and drive updates to our web propertiesHone publication processes, maximising impact of contentDevelop our digital assets to manage our community at scaleImplement localisation processes to target audiences in their languageContributing to content deliveryWork with the General Manager and Key Account Managers on required content for Testavan and VitarosGenerate proposals for new engaging content on our brands (e.g., videos, interviews, posters)Coordinate copywriters and other contributors; review, edit, and fact-check copyOversee delivery of content; track and report engagement metrics (e.g., through Hubspot, our CRM system)You may also be expected to occasionally support Androlabs / Simple Pharma’s corporate communications.
