Our people drive Deutsche Bank’s success, and as a team we partner with the business areas to drive an inclusive and sustainable performance culture. We shape Deutsche Bank's working environment to enable our people to be the best they can be for our clients, the bank and society. This eleven-month industrial placement, which may consist of up to two rotations, is ideal for students who are looking to complete a placement as part of their university degree and want to learn and contribute to the broad spectrum of HR deliverables. Rotations will range from working with our business advisors supporting employees and businesses to contributing to key projects such as employee benefits, business management, regulatory, risk and compliance initiatives or working with some of our specialist areas such as recruitment. We want to provide the opportunity to truly experience the breadth of HR work.
Requirements
- In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be a second year undergraduate university student on a four-year degree expecting to do a work placement in your third year.
