Description

You will report into the Business Planning team who are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of all customer & employee experience projects. These include but are not limited to executing recruitment days, service center open days and large-scale delivery events or negotiating new spaces for our delivery locations. You will be assisting with all aspects of Business Planning for the year and work on high-profile projects with frequent exposure to senior stakeholder. Taking on a complex portfolio of challenges is part of our ambitious vision which can only be accomplished by being diligent, detailed, and efficient.

  • Support with the research for new UK delivery hub locations
  • Drive execution for employee & customer experience projects & events
  • Help improve the quality and delivery of current projects
  • Help source new potential suppliers for delivery & event projects
  • Assist with DEI and Employee Representative engagement schedule creation for the next 12 months
  • Assist with engagement campaigns to support the communication calendar for all employees

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Development, Analytics or similar
  • We prefer candidates with a first experience in Business Development and Analytics experience
  • Deadline orientated
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment; enjoys challenges
  • Ability to deliver results through influence without authority
  • Ability to Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements
