Description

Sitting within the e-Commerce team, this role will work on supporting the planning and activation of Online Content across retailer digital channels spanning the COTY Consumer Beauty and Prestige Beauty divisions. The scope of the role will include day-to-day support and admin for the Digital Content Managers. The role offers the opportunity to work on the online go-live preparation of new launches, key calendar trading periods (such as Christmas and Valentines Day) as well as the revamp of existing products across retailer sites. The role will allow the candidate exposure to brands such as Marc Jacobs, Rimmel, Calvin Klein and Max Factor and the opportunity to communicate with stakeholders both internally and externally across Marketing, Sales and the eCommerce Global Team. The role sits as a hybrid of sales and brand, with a first priority of driving sales as well as respecting key brand equities and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Content Managers across the preparation of content readiness for new product launches on retailer websites and social channels – potential end-to-end ownership of some launches including image collation, copy correcting, ordering artwork, briefing agencies.• Working with brand (locally and globally) to understand brand priorities and deliver relevant content to Sales teams and retailers that support business growth.• Own the existing product image update process – the packaging of our products is constantly changing and requires upkeep and external communication across all retailer digital channels.• Own the creative images expiration process – identifying on sites where brand imagery has/will be expiring and will need to be removed, communicating this to retailers and following up until content is removed.• Support the Content Managers in maintaining the online content within local internal and external platforms – managing local product assortment catalogues and adding/updating/removing content as necessary.• Work with third party design agencies on bespoke retailer needs and briefs including multibrand banners for site promotions.• Maintain a view of external competitor and x-category activations across digital channels and external webinars and events, with the view to regularly report back to the eComm and Marketing teams on learnings and best-practices. Recommending how and why COTY could integrate into planning.

Requirements

• Passion for brands and beauty• Excellent execution/eye for detail every time – able to work methodically and focused whilst remaining flexible and proactive• Passionate about digital - has good knowledge of online shopping and is digitally savvy. Candidate needs to be native to online shopping themselves, and ideally in beauty.• Confidence in communicating internally and externally both in-person and virtually. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to build strong working relationships• Can-do attitude and able to work quickly with haste and vigour• Motivated to manage projects both in/externally with colleagues and agencies• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and preferred (though not critical) knowledge of Photoshop• Ability to work with autonomy, use initiative on areas of specific responsibility plus work effectively to deadlines• Strong team player with ability to effectively listen, contribute and influence• Positive, energetic, and eager to grow
