Description
- Our Transmission Engineering summer placements provides real hands-on experience through a 12 week placement in one of our engineering based teams. Throughout the placement, you will have the support of a business mentor and buddy, who will provide guidance and support to enable you to reach your full potential.

- Our summer placement students work collaboratively in a variety of contexts, while also taking ownership of their role by working under their own direction to drive action forward. There will also be networking and presentation opportunities, specialist sessions and support from our graduates.
Requirements
- We have opportunities for those studying degrees inclusive of Computer Aided Draughting & Design/ Computer Aided Architectural Design & Technology/BIM
- We'd love you to show your passion for the energy sector, as well as demonstrable experience of working in a team. You'll also be comfortable working to and setting stretching individual targets and using your own initiative to overcome challenges and should have a genuine interest in SSE and the prospect of a long-term future with us.
