Description
- Working in a small, hands-on marketing team the Marketing Intern will support the marketing department in the delivery of marketing activities across campaigns, influencers, social media and stores. You will spend 4 days a week supporting the fast paced social team and one day a week supporting the Brand Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling and community management of all social media channels
- Weekly monitoring and reporting on engagement, growth and sales on social channels
- Assist with content creation and influencer partnership programmes, building relationships and setting up activations
- Work with the buying teams and distribution centre to request and coordinate product for upcoming influencers partnerships and shoots
- Support in the creation of marketing reports and campaign evaluations collating assets and results.
- Support in the set up and delivery of data capture competitions.
- Collaborate cross functionally to gather product messaging, check assets and ensure the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Support retail stores including sourcing marketing opportunities, resources and admin assistance.
- Stay abreast of top social trends and marketing practices to help develop exciting, consistent, and effective ideas for all platforms
- Image research across all social platforms
- Creating TikTok content on a weekly basis and supporting with IG reel content.
- Conduct weekly competitive analysis and share findings with the wider business.
- Delivering the Pinterest strategy for the year with a keen understanding to learn SEO and work with the platform on best practices.
Requirements
- You must be an undergraduate student at a UK University undertaking an accredited placement year or currently working in one of our URBN stores.
- You must be available for 1-year full time from July 2023 until July 2024.
- A passion and enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand and what we represent
- A love for fashion and be interested in the market at large
- Ability to multitask in our fast-paced Head Office
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- A lover of Tik-Tok and someone who is on top of trending items
- Keen knowledge of social media platforms and general pop culture / key dates /events.
