Description

The Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts’ clients for all non-investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team on its day to day tasks and projects, with a specific focus on KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination.

Responsibilities

Assist Client Service team in their day to day tasks, and in particular : 

-  Participate to the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc…

-  Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients

-  Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operationnal efficiency, reduce operationnal risk...)

Requirements

Education/Qualifications

Undergraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering or Real Estate

Experience

  • Proven interest in real estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real estate would be considered as a plus)

Competencies

  • Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
  • Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
  • Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
