Our Technology Summer Internship Programme, for penultimate year university students, is a pipeline into our Technology Graduate Programme. It has been crafted to simulate our Technology Graduate Programme so that you can understand what a career in technology at MarketAxess would really be like.There is no better way to experience what a career at MarketAxess has to offer than through our eleven-week internship programme. As a 2023 Summer intern with MarketAxess, you will grow your skills through on-the-job training and professional development classroom training. You will participate in different projects working on real problems, and community service and social events. You will be well supported, receiving regular feedback from your manager and you will have a dedicated buddy. Requirements

You will be a penultimate year student (graduating in 2024)Right to Work in the UK without sponsorshipYou will have an interest in technology demonstrated either via your work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic studies. For instance, you may be part of a Computing Society, have taught yourself how to code or have focused on technology as part of a university project.You should be interested in financial markets and how technology supports our business.A curiosity for data and an ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions. Individuals who can connect the dots and think creatively.The environment we work in is fast paced, you’ll need to demonstrate focus, resilience, and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.People who can collaborate with others, using their strong communication skills in the process.
