Description
- Great opportunity to gain experience working in a busy bidding team. We are looking for someone creative to work with our graphics manager creating exciting design concepts - taking content and turning it into a finished product to communicate our brand with high visual impact to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Editing technical information provided by the bid team and into a consistent style and tone of voice – in line with the Mace Style Guide
- Ensuring technical information is communicated in simple, easy-to-understand terms, including interviewing subject matter experts to clarify any complex information
- Presenting Mace’s proposals in terms of client benefits to maximise chances of winning new work
- Ensuring key themes identified in the submission ‘win’ strategy and document architecture are appropriately referenced and supported throughout
- Helping to grow a library of reusable bid content, including CVs, case studies and standard responses that can be adapted to the specific requirements of each bid
Requirements
- This programme is for university students who are in their first, second, or penultimate year of their degree. You’ll also need GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above. Candidates should be studying English, journalism, communications, marketing or other relevant discipline.
